MONTHLY TUITION RATES FOR PIANO LESSONS

Beginners - 30 minutes $200.00

Intermediates - 45 minutes $270.00

Advanced - 60 minutes $360.00

These amounts entitle the student to one private lesson per week, one monthly studio class, plus any additional sessions or rehearsals which may be necessary in preparation for recitals, festivals, concerts, workshops or competitions.  These are flat fees and are not based on an hourly or per lesson scale except during the Summer months when lessons may be taken on a per lesson basis.  

BILLING PROCEDURES

Billing statements are sent out on a monthly basis at the beginning of each new month.  The bill is payable as soon as it is received and may be paid in cash, check or online bill pay.  Checks should be made payable to Arlene Ferrolino.

New students will be charged a $25.00 registration fee and are urged to pay for two (2) months in advance.

A late fee of $5.00 or 10% of the amount due (whichever is greater) will be charged for any past due balance.  Payments received after the 25 ^th  of the month being billed are considered late.  

A family discount of 10% of the monthly lesson fee is applicable for two or more students from the same immediate family.

Books, sheet music and other materials, recital, festival, workshop, evaluation and audition fees are not included in the monthly fees and will be itemized on the student’s current billing statement.  Recital, festival, workshop, evaluation and audition fees are determined by the association sponsoring the event, i.e., MTAC, NGPT.  These fees are used for recital hall rental, compensation for evaluators or adjudicators, program printing costs and other miscellaneous expenses.
